‘Cardinal Points’ at Berkel & Crisp Museum - May 11 - July 22

The Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum on the River Campus will present “Cardinal Points/Puntos Cardinales: A Survey of Contemporary Latino and Latin American Art from the Sprint Nextel Art Collection." The works in this exhibition, created by artists from Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, South America, and the United States during the last two decades are extremely diverse in style, subject matter and media.

The exhibition consists of approximately 50 works by 17 artists and is divided into four sections; “The Figure as Symbol”; “Nature, Seen and Transformed’; “Mapping the Real Imaginary”; and “Narratives.”
