Southeast Missouri Hospital’s Wellness Connection will host a free cooking demonstration that will focus on one-pot meals for fall that meet the dietary needs of individuals who have diabetes.

The cooking class is offered in conjunction with American Diabetes Month and will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17 at the Wellness Connection in West Park Mall in Cape Girardeau.  Registration is necessary.
