Southeast Missouri  Hospital’s Healthy Cooking class in November will feature simple and healthy recipes for the holidays. A Healthpoint registered dietitian will conduct the class which will focus on tasty treats that won’t blow your calorie budget.

The class will take place from 6 to 7:15 p.m. on Monday, November 16 at HealthPoint Fitness in Cape Girardeau.  Pre-registration is required. The class is free for HealthPoint members and $5 for non-members.
