Thomas F. Madden, professor of history and director of the Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies at Saint Louis University will present “The Crusades on Trial: Medieval History vs. Modern Myths.”

Madden has appeared in The New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journals, USA Today, National Review and on the History Channel.

The lecture will take place at 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 12 in the University Center Ballroom on the campus of Southeast Missouri State University.
