Southeast Missouri Hospital is offering Heart Smart Screenings throughout the month of November. Screenings will be offered on a walk-in basis from 7 – 10 a.m. on Tuesdays at the Wellness Connection at West Park Mall and from 7 – 10 a.m. on Wednesdays at HealthPoint in Jackson. Glucose and lipid profile screenings are provided for nominal fees.
