Southeast Missouri Hospital’s Diabetes Self-Management Support Group will host “A1C Champion."  This program will provide a personal perspective on living with diabetes.

The speaker’s diabetes experience and lifestyle strategies that helped with better control will be shared. This meeting which will take place from 1 – 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10 at the Wellness Connection at West Park Mall and will provide information and motivation to those facing the daily challenges of living with diabetes.
