The Cape Girardeau Public Library will present A Christmas Carol: A Reading by Arthur Wilhite.  Arthur will be performing a public reading and one-man performance of Charles’ Dickens A Christmas Carol in the library’s Hirsch Community Room.

The program will take place at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 13.  Admission is free, and the public is invited to attend.
