Tiffany Parker was raised in Southern Illinois. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Language Arts Education and a Master's in Social Work from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
Tiffany is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Missouri and is currently the coordinator for the Title IV-E Child Welfare Grant. She specializes in issues relating to child welfare and child development and teaches courses in those areas.
Before joining Southeast in the fall of 1995, Tiffany was a children's case manager for severely emotionally disturbed children at the Community Counseling Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. from January 1993 until September 1995. During this time, Tiffany also taught courses in the Department of Social Work at Southeast including a course in case management which she designed.
Tiffany is involved in a number of community activities, which incorporate the use of multi-disciplinary teams to serve the children and families in Southeast Missouri.
