Athletic Training Learning Community The Athletic Training Learning Community is for students anticipating to apply for the major in Athletic Training. This learning community is a new program for the 2010-2011 academic year and is located in the newest residence hall. It is designed to give the students the opportunity to participate in various experiential learning and community activities with faculty and students in the Athletic Training Education Program (ATEP). The Athletic Training Learning Community is a great way for students to meet other Pre-AT majors who share similar interests. Students will live in the same community in the new residence hall. The Athletic Training Learning Community will focus on assisting students as they work to become and Athletic Training major. The approach fosters practical experiences, service learning, academic achievement, and leadership activities. To sign up for this community, new students and transfers should indicate their preference for this community to the Office of Residence Life at residencelife@semo.edu or (573) 651-2274. |
