Why Should I Study Nutrition and Dietetics at Southeast?

  • The dietetics program at Southeast provides a curriculum that meets the knowledge and skills established by The Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education.
  • The program will prepare you for acceptance into post-baccalaureate educational programs.

  • Southeast’s dietetic internship program offers “real world” experience at various supervised practice sites located throughout southeast Missouri.  Experience at these sites will prepare you to be a registered dietitian.
