Graduate Dietetic Internship
Southeast’s Dietetic Internship program is designed to provide you with experiences to meet selected competencies within the medical nutrition therapy, community, food service systems management and business/entrepreneur emphases.
As a dietetic intern, you will have the opportunity to practice at various supervised practice sites located throughout southeast Missouri. The sites provide a diverse array of experiences that will prepare you to be a Registered Dietitian. The Southeast Missouri State Dietetic Internship program is 42 weeks in length beginning in mid-August and concluding with graduation in May.
