Facilities

The Department of Human Environmental Studies is housed in Scully Hall.  Scully Hall was started in 1968 and completed in 1971.  The four-story, 95,000-square-foot building includes many classrooms, laboratories, computer labs, study lounges, and a food cart area.

An Instructional Resources and Technology Lab is located on the third floor.  The lab contains many reference materials, computer workstations, video equipment and equipment for making instructional materials.

Hospitality Management students have access to the teaching and food production laboratory located in Dearmont Hall.  You will gain skills through first hand experience in food selection, food preparation and quantity food production.
