Model United Nations
The Model UN is an organization of students interested in international political and economic issues. During fall semesters, the group organizes, hosts and staffs a gathering of area high school students who choose to represent various nations and simulate the roles of those nations within the context of the UN deliberative process. During spring semesters, the group members do some role-playing of their own, as they travel to St. Louis to take part in the Midwest Model United Nations simulation.

Pre Law Club
The Pre-Law Club was established by a group of ambitious pre-law students. It has been registered with Student Government as a University organization. It is an interdisciplinary club dedicated to the intellectual and academic advancement of pre-law students at Southeast. As an organization with regularly scheduled meetings, the Pre-Law Club provides a supportive environment for students from all majors to meet and prepare for the reality of law school and the legal profession. Accordingly, club activities range from logistical planning, curriculum development, and application strategies to individual and group advising, to sponsoring guest lectures and visits with law school admissions officers. Therefore, the overriding goal of the Pre-Law Club is two-fold: first, to help students develop a rigorous and diversified curriculum, and second, to develop and pursue realistic goals regarding law school admissions, academic performance, and the profession itself.
