The Southeast Debate Team is a highly successful and award-winning team that gives students of any major the opportunity to sharpen and show off their oral communication skills within the argumentative arena. The Southeast Debate Team has received national awards from National Educational Debate Association. In addition, the team was ranked first in the nation for  the 2001-2002 school year.
