GRE - Graduate Record Examinations
GRE Subject Test
Testing Services administers the GRE Subject Tests which gauge undergraduate achievement in eight specific fields of study. GRE scores are used by admissions or fellowship panels to supplement undergraduate records, letters of recommendation and other qualifications for graduate study.

GRE General Test
The GRE General Test is used by graduate programs and business schools to evaluate your readiness for graduate-level work. The GRE General Test measures critical thinking, analytical writing skills, verbal reasoning and quantitative reasoning skills that are not related to any specific field of study.
Testing Services does not currently administer the GRE General test. For your convenience, we have assembled a list of the closest GRE General computer based test center locations.
