The Miller Analogy Test (MAT) is a high-level mental ability test requiring the solution of problems stated as analogies. Performance on the MAT is designed to reflect candidates' analytical thinking, an ability that is critical for success in both graduate school and professional life.
Testing Services offers the MAT on an appointment basis. It is approximately one-hour long.
If you are a Southeast Missouri State University Student taking a test through Testing Services applicable fees will be charged to your student account. Non-Southeast Students wanting to take tests may pay their fees either by cash or by debit or credit card at the Cashier’s Office in Academic Hall. Report to Testing Services for the proper debit/credit card charge form before going to the cashier's office.
You can contact Testing Services at (573) 651-2836 to register for the MAT or stop-by Kent Library Room 113 to pick up a Candidate Information Booklet.
