Testing Services is an accredited test proctor facility through the NCATE – National College Testing Association. Testing Services adheres to the NCTA Professional Standards and Guidelines that serves as a model for post-secondary test centers in delivering high quality testing services.
Testing Services offers proctoring services by appointment for a fee of $20 per test administration. Appointments can be made Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. to Noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.; we are closed for lunch between Noon and 1 p.m.

Need to locate a Proctor for a Southeast Missouri State University exam?
A proctor is a person who is approved to administer examinations to a student on behalf of the institution. The proctor must be qualified to serve in this capacity and agree to abide by the examination procedures and rules. It is the student’s responsibility to initiate and maintain an ongoing relationship with the proctor. The proctor candidate form is to be completed by the student with all of the necessary information. It is essential that the proctor’s business address and/or e-mail be accurate.
What are the qualifications for a proctor?
Proctor candidates include:
- School Counselors
- Librarians (public, college or medical)
Proctor candidates may not be:
- Personal friends
- Immediate supervisors
- Employee under your supervision
- Someone of your equal position (co-worker or colleague)
