The Wehking Alumni Center

Aleen Vogel Wehking Alumni Center

History: The Wehking Alumni Center is located at 926 Broadway between the South Campus Student Recreation Center and the Southeast Innovation Center.  The building is named after Aleen Vogel Wehking, who gave a generous gift which allowed for the center to be developed. Previously the First Baptist Church, the building houses the Kem Statuary Hall in the former sanctuary, home to the Louis Houck Statuary Collection and beautiful stained glass windows.

Building Use:
The Wehking Alumni Center is home to Southeast Alumni Services, Marketing and University Relations, and the Southeast Missouri University Foundation.  All Southeast alumni, friends and family are invited to visit the offices to stay updated on Southeast happenings.  The Kem Statuary Hall is utilized for executive staff meetings as well as receptions for multiple Southeast events.
