History: Willard Duncan Vandiver Hall was constructed in the fall of 2002.   

Building Use: Vandiver Hall is a suite-style 300 bed residence hall complex.  As with the other residence halls, all rooms are completely wired with high-speed internet, cable TV and telephone. Vandiver Hall contains a game room which consists of foosball, a pool table, and a 53-inch color TV. Laundry facilities are across from the game room.  In the commons area, you can find a full kitchen and piano.  

Fun Fact: Southeast students had input in the color schemes and furniture options used in Vandiver Hall.
