Quick and Easy Techniques to De-Stress

Do you come home from work everyday feeling tired and stressed-out? Do you have trouble getting past the daily mental and physical stressors in your life?

In this short class we will learn techniques to help you let go of those mental and physical stressors. We’ll learn and practice several relaxation techniques including meditation, self-hypnosis, and progressive relaxation. Join us and prepare to be de-stressed!
