Are you currently enrolled at another college or university and interested in taking a Southeast class? Southeast welcomes you to take classes as a visiting student. Visiting students are enrolled as non-degree-seeking students.
Note: If you are an international applicant, please contact International Education and Services at international@semo.edu or 573-986-6863 for application instructions in lieu of following the below instructions.
Complete an Application for Admission. When completing the application, select "Visiting" as your student type and "Non-Degree
Seeking (Undergraduate)" as your academic program.
Please note that visiting students are classified as non-degree-seeking students, so they are
not eligible for financial aid. If you would like to be admitted as a degree-seeking-student,
please follow the Transfer Student Steps to Enrollment.
Upon admission to Southeast, you may enroll in course(s) by contacting Academic Advising at visiting@semo.edu or (573) 651-2007. A request for course enrollment must be sent from your Southeast email account. Include your Southeast ID number, semester, course and section number (if known).
