Visit the Charles L. Hutson Greenhouse (1039 Bertling St.) for The Mummas & Pawpaws
Fall Fest. There will be fall mums and pumpkins for sale, a Master Gardeners seminar,
walking tours of the Nemanick Gardens, pawpaw refreshments, food trucks, and more!
Breakfast with President Vargas, Front of Kent Library Portico, Normal Street. Join
President Vargas for a complimentary continental breakfast.
Tours of Academic Hall Dome, Main floor of Academic Hall. Have you ever wondered how
far you can see from the top of the Dome in Academic Hall? Attend one of the tours
and find out. Tours end promptly at 12:00, so be sure to come early!
Bring your family by the University Center for a variety of activites.
- 10:00-1:00: Boom Boom Bingo! in the UC Ballroom, 4th Floor
- 11:30-1:30: Picnic lunch on the Kent Library portico. Cost for students is one meal
swipe; guest cost is $5.

Decorate a flower pot at Catapult Creative House (612 Broadway) with student made
paint stencils, stickers, and more. Take a tour of our facilities and decorate a flower
pot to take home.
Kent Library family activities: board games, puzzles, and trivia on the main floor;
book-themed guessing game; and a button-making station. 11:00am & 1:00pm
Bus Tours of the Main Campus, River Campus and downtown area lasting approximately
45 minutes. Sign up at the information tent near the University Center. Masks are
required on the shuttle. 12:00pm

Haunted Tours--Meet downtown in front of Art Van furniture at the Boardman Pavilion.

In recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month, food trucks: 'Mr. Taco 911' and 'Five 7
Treats' will be set up on Morgan Oak St. next to River Campus Park for customers to
purchase food, treats, and drinks on their own before and during the outdoor concert.
