You’ll find no gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, or tree nuts in this class as we take on your favorite comfort pasta dishes, without the regret or upset stomach! Demo will include cooking instructions and recipes for healthy, allergy friendly versions of the classic spaghetti and meatballs, chicken alfredo, and a spicy Cajun jambalaya pasta!

Morgan Henley is a 2012 Southeast Missouri State University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in art and a passion for helping others find health and happiness. Her minor in nutrition got her started on her current journey to create a career for herself surrounding this passion. She is currently studying to become a certified personal trainer and is developing her skills in the kitchen to create healthy, practical, and delicious meals. Her philosophy includes making small, simple changes to become healthy, while enjoying the process every step of the way. Happiness is a journey, not a destination, and being healthy allows us to fully enjoy that journey.
