REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Southeast Missouri State University seeks qualifications from firms interested in providing Planning, Architectural and Engineering Services for the Campus Facilities Master Plan 2026 – Fearlessly Forward, SB11244. Statements of Qualifications will be accepted via email at invitation2bid@semo.edu or at the Facilities Management Service Center, 610 Washington Avenue, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701, until noon on Friday, August 21, 2026.

Firms interested in receiving the complete Request for Qualifications, including project information, scope of services, submittal requirements, and selection criteria, should submit a request by email to invitation2bid@semo.edu.
