Current Open Bid Opportunities
Southeast Missouri State University seeks to pre-qualify firms interested in providing Design Criteria consulting services for the Stadium Phase 2 Project.
The project scope will include the next phase of the project, integrating key athletics functions into the stadium, such as locker rooms, gameday operations, and a sports medicine facility. Athletics administrative offices, coaches’ offices, meeting spaces, and premium seating are also contemplated as part of the project. Evaluation of adjacent spaces that could be renovated to incorporate some of these elements may also be considered as part of this phase. The project will be delivered utilizing the Design-Build project delivery method.
A limited number of the most qualified firms will be invited to submit proposals in the subsequent Request for Proposal to serve as design criteria consultant. The awarded firm cannot participate in any Design-Build team, nor assist any Design-Build team for this project.
