First, create your online account with Southeast Missouri State University. As an online only student, be sure to select Web Only under the Location of Interest field. If you are a current Southeast student and wish to change to an online program, contact us at southeastonline@semo.edu. Then, fill out your application to the University. It only takes a $30 non-refundable application fee to get the process started.

Next, request official transcripts from all colleges or universities you have attended. If you have less than 24 transferable hours, you will submit ACT/SAT scores and official high school transcripts. Send all transcripts and non-refundable application fee to:
