Stop keeping things a secret and let’s talk about sex! Sometimes college is a time of some uncertainty and confusion about sex and sexual activity. Let our Redhawk Health Educators come and educate and answer questions on how to maintain good sexual health and take the proper precautions on sexual behavior and preventing STIs. Learn some tips on how to keep your stress levels down during the college years in addition to finding some activities to allow you to handle your stress better. This program will provide a fun, interactive guide to stress reduction as well and taking part in activities such mindfulness training, making stress balls or creating mindfulness jars.
