Our group fitness classes have something for everyone! Group fitness classes create opportunities to meet new people and provide a great source for motivation and support. Whether you are starting to be active regularly, trying to increase your endurance and/or strength or simply wanting to work out in a social environment, Rec Services: Fitness & Wellness has the right class for you!
We offer a variety of personal training services to tailor to your individual needs. Whether you want to learn a proper way to exercise, have a workout with your friends, or get a little bit of extra motivation from a certified professional, we have something for you! Each session is one hour with a certified personal trainer.
