Learn about the clerical, technical, service (CTS) staff council at Southeast Missouri State University.

The CTS Staff Council or clerical, technical, service staff at Southeast is an elected body from all departments of the University who discuss relevant matters for all staff members.

CTS Staff Council works to improve the communication between staff and administration. We maximize our member's talents and resources in support of educational programs. Expressing concerns of the staff, such as personnel policies, benefits, and other matters is an important duty of the CTS Staff Council.

Our mission is to strengthen the professionalism and skills of our staff. Being a CTS Staff member is a great leadership opportunity.

 Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification

Southeast Missouri State University provides programs where regular or term CTS employees can be awarded variance to their salary. CTS employees must choose between CAPOM (if certified before December 31, 2016) and MOS certification or a combination of CAP (if certified before December 31, 2016) and one MOS certification.
