Student Notification
- At five unpaid tickets, a first letter is sent to owner of vehicle, identifying the violator procedure and the results of additional tickets.
- At 10 unpaid tickets, a second letter is sent to owner, requesting they contact Parking Services. The letter will also include notification that on the 11th unpaid ticket, a third letter will be copied to Judicial Affairs where a Notice to Appear (NTA) may be issued.
- At 11 unpaid tickets, the violator file is forwarded to Judicial Affairs.
- Judicial Affairs render a disposition which will result in, but is not limited to, the vehicle being towed and/or a boot placed on the vehicle making it inoperable and/or campus parking privileges being revoked.
Faculty/Staff Notification
- At five unpaid tickets, a first letter is sent to the owner of the vehicle, identifying the violator procedure and the results of additional tickets.

- At the 11th unpaid ticket, a third letter is sent to the owner of the vehicle and copied to the Director of Human Resources, identifying that the vehicle will be towed and/or a boot placed on the vehicle making it inoperable and/or campus parking privileges being revoked.
