Fall 2012 Graduate Paper/Exam/Thesis Deadlines
Application for Graduation
- File in Registrar's Office by Friday, August 3rd.
Graduate Papers
- Due to the student's advisor by October 8th. Students should include a copy for the second reader; student should also submit the self-generated comprehensive exam question to the advisor at the same time, October 8th.
Faculty Advisors
- Submit the student's self-generated exam question to the Chair's office on or before October 19th.
Readers of Graduate Papers
- Submit results, along with the appropriate Rating Sheets, to the Chair's office on or before October 19th.
Comprehensive Exams:
- The MA English exam is not online and will be given on October 26th from 9:00 to 1:00 in GB304. Students should enroll in GR698 for the MA English Comp.
- The MA TESOL Comprehensive Exam is online and will be given electronically on October 26th from 9:00 to 1:00. Students should enroll in GR698-740 for the MA TESOL Comp.
Oral Defense
- Must be scheduled on or before October 26th.
Theses
- Due in the Graduate Office on November 19th.
