1. Briefly, why are you interested in serving on this particular committee?
 
2. Do you have any experience or expertise that makes you a particularly suitable candidate to serve on this committee?  If so, please summarize briefly.
 
Feel free to respond to these questions within the text of your e-mail OR to attach your responses as a word processor document.  Responses to these questions are not mandatory but will be considered in the event that multiple expressions of interest are received for a given committee vacancy.
 
The Faculty Senate Membership Committee will forward the names of two candidates for each position April 25, 2008.
