Students in the UI 100 Honors FLighT learn about the religious institutions and landmarks
in St. Louis

Admission to the University Honors Program

Students with fewer than 12 semester hours of college credit are eligible for admission into the Honors Program if they meet the following two criteria:

  1. A cumulative high school grade point average of at least 3.4 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent) and 
  2. An ACT composite score of at least 25 (or its equivalent).

Transfer students wanting to enter the Honors Program must have at least 12 semester hours of college credit and at least a 3.25 cumulative college grade point average.

Students who do not meet the standards given above may be admitted to the Honors Program by petition if they have earned a cumulative college grade point average of 3.25 or above after a minimum of 12 semester hours of college credit.
