Patricia Ryan (lower left) relocated from Pennsylvania in 2001 to begin employment at Southeast. She is married to Charles F. Ryan, also from Pennsylvania. They have two boys, Chuck and Perrin. Pat earned both bachelor (Administration of Justice) and master’s degrees (Master’s in Public Administration with an emphasis in Judicial Administration) from the University of Pittsburgh. Her Ph.D. degree is from Penn State University (Education Theory and Policy). She also holds a post-masters certificate in Human Resource Planning. Her life's work has been in three core areas: corrections, economic and social development in the third world, and educational administration.

Rae Wojdylo (upper left) began working in Institutional Research in August of 2008. Rae has earned a master's degree in Political Science from Stanford University, bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Russian Language & Literature from Indiana University, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Southeast. In 2009, Rae was awarded a national AIR Fellowship to attend the University of Missouri - St. Louis where she earned a graduate certificate in Institutional Research in 2011. Before moving to southeast Missouri in 1997, Rae worked in international development at Iowa State University and for the U.S. Foreign Agricultural Service in Washington, DC. She is married to Dr. Jerzy Wojdylo, a faculty member in Southeast's Department of Mathematics. They have two daughters, Helen and Sophia.

Shelly Hale (upper right) began in the Office of Institutional Research as Information Coordinator in October 2010. She previously held positions in Student Financial Services and the Office of the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success. Shelly earned a bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University with majors in education and computer science. Prior to starting at the University in 2008, she worked in Information Technology for both local government and private industry. She is married to Larry Hale, a budget analyst in the University’s Facilities Management department. They have 3 children, Ryan, Carly and Jenna.

Keri Tochtrop (lower right) graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in May 2011 with a degree in Accounting and is now seeking an MBA degree. She began working in the Office of Institutional Research in June 2011. She is originally from Waterloo, Illinois but has lived in Cape Girardeau for 2 years. Keri enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Roger(Night Security)
Roger serves as the Manager for Night Security. He was “found” by Pat’s son and has effectively deterred any tampering or trespassing within the office. Roger does not use e-mail. Sorry.
