Shelly Hale

Shelly Hale began in the Office of Institutional Research in October 2010. She previously held positions in Student Financial Services and the Office of the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success. Shelly earned degrees from Southeast Missouri State University with majors in education and computer science. Prior to starting at the University in 2008, she worked in Information Technology for both local government and private industry.

Keri Tochtrop graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in May 2011 with a degree in Accounting and is now seeking an MBA degree.  She began working in the Office of Institutional Research in June 2011.  She is originally from Waterloo, Illinois but has lived in Cape Girardeau for 3 years.  Keri enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Sam Paranawithana graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in December 2012 with a degree in Telecommunications and Computer Networking and is now seeking his Masters in Technology Management.  He began working in the Office of Institutional Research in October 2012.  He is an international student from Sri Lanka (Ceylon) who came to the United States as a transfer student in August 2010.  Sam loves American and Italian foods, watching TV shows, and traveling around the United States during school breaks.
