Dr. Erin Fluegge Woolf is an assistant professor of management at Southeast Missouri State University. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of General Studies and Master of Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. Prior to graduate school, she worked as a travel agent specializing in both leisure and corporate travel. Dr. Fluegge Woolf's research interests include workplace fun, affect and emotions, job attitudes, communication, and leadership. She has presented papers at the annual conferences of the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has published articles in Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and the Handbook of Organizational Behavior.
Students in Dr. Fluegge Woolf's classroom appreciate her unconventional teaching style which includes experiential exercises, food days, and jeopardy reviews. Her previous teaching experience includes organizational behavior courses at the University of Florida and intermediate algebra at Southeast Missouri State University. In her spare time, Dr. Fluegge Woolf enjoys trying new recipes, spending time at the family farm, and traveling with her husband, Rob.
