A wellness incentive designed to help motivate the Southeast community to be more active and live a healthier lifestyle. You simply check off your points every week depending on what fitness and wellness activities you took part in. This 10-week challenge can be done as a team effort or done on an individual level. We are using the honor system when it comes to logging your points so please make sure you are truthful when answering the questions. Your goal is to add up enough points each week and strive to build a healthier you!
Our group fitness classes have something for everyone! Group fitness classes create opportunities to meet new people and provide a great source for motivation and support. Whether you are starting to be active regularly, trying to increase your endurance and/or strength or simply wanting to work out in a social environment, Rec Services: Fitness & Wellness has the right class for you!
We offer a variety of personal training services to tailor to your individual needs. Whether you want to learn a proper way to exercise, have a workout with your friends, or get a little bit of extra motivation from a certified professional, we have something for you! Each session is one hour with a certified personal trainer. We offer nutrition counseling and massage therapy sessions also.

Students are an integral part of the campus community and our Student Wellness program provides the necessary tools to help steer you in the right direction. We offer peer education on a variety of health topics, fitness and wellness incentive programs, special wellness events and other on-campus resources to help build a healthy lifestyle during your time at Southeast.
We offer special programs just for you! From our fall wellness screening to our wellness incentive programs we have the tools you need to keep your health in check. We also offer many special events, lectures, fairs, classes and services throughout the fall and spring semester. Do not forget to sign up for our “Sweat Equity” Wellness Program so we can tally up your points on all your activities to earn discounts on your Rec Center membership.
