Weight Training 101
Recreation Services is offering Weight Training 101. During free 30-minute personal training sessions, certified personal trainers will be available to provide instruction and education necessary for weight training and putting together a workout. The sessions are free for Southeast students, Student Recreation Center (SRC) members and non-SRC members/guests ($5 guest fee is required to access the SRC-North). No registration is required.

Wednesday, Jan. 25: 5-5:30 p.m., 5:30-6 p.m., 6-6:30 p.m., 6:30-7 p.m.
Thursday, Jan. 26: 5-5:30 p.m., 5:30-6 p.m., 6-6:30 p.m., 6:30-7 p.m.

Dec. 22 - The Spring 2012 edition of the Department of Recreation Services Rec Guide has been released.
Online Intramural Sports Registration
Registration for intramural sports will now take place online. Participants can register at www.imleagues.com/schools/semo during registration periods for each sport. While registration will take place online, partcipants will be required to submit payment at the Student Recreation Center - North within the registration deadlines.
