Why do you want to participate in the Annual Wellness Screening?
The Annual Wellness Screening offers a variety of screenings at a convenient location on campus. Additionally, there will be no out -of-pocket cost if you are participating in the University’s United Healthcare insurance plan. There will be a nominal fee if you are non-participant. As the pre-registration is required, there will not be a long wait at the screening.
Why did we change the location?
We changed the location from Recreation Student Center-North to the Show Me Center because the Show Me Center allows more flexibility with the screening setup and allows the screening to coincide with the Health Fair. Further, there will be a Health Fair organized by the Office of Human Resources on the Show Me Center Concourse on Wednesday, October 24 (10 a.m.-4 p.m.) and Thursday, October 25 (10 a.m.-4 p.m.). It will be convenient for you to participate in both events in the Show Me Center.
Why did we change the time?
We changed the time from February to October because there is no concern regarding cold weather (such as ice storm) in October. Further, you can start your school year with your healthy mindset by participating in the Annual Wellness Screening.
How do I register?
To participate in the Annual Wellness Screening, prior registration is required. This site is on a secure server and you will be asked to enter your Southeast ID number and PIN. Your PIN is a four-digit code made up of the day and year you were born, in the form of “ddyy” (i.e. October 2, 1970 = 0270). Southeast students and retirees/their spouses who have not participated recently need to contact Dr. Takeshi Fujii, Assistant Director, Fitness & Wellness at (573) 651-2367 to gain access to the online registration system.
