Shape Up Southeast
Shape Up Southeast! Team Competition is an incentive program that encourages you to keep up with your physical activity routine with your teammates. The program also let you focus on other aspects of your lifestyle other than physical wellness. You can make your team with a friend or co-workers for this free ten-week program. You log your physical activity and wellness activity points online and compete with other teams for prizes. This program is open to the entire Southeast community.

Shape Up Southeast! Walk the Walk
Let’s walk around in the state of Missouri! Shape Up Southeast! Walk the Walk will challenge you to compete on your own with a pedometer! You keep track the number of your steps everyday for 70 consecutivedays (10-weeks). Shape Up Southeast! Walk the Walk is open to the entire Southeast community.

Tuesday, Jan. 17 - Monday, Feb. 20

Contest Period
Tuesday, Jan. 17 - Tuesday, May 1
*You keep track of your steps with a pedometer for consecutive 70 days. You must start no later than Monday, Sept. 26 to be qualified for the competition.

What You Need
Pedometer (You may purchase one online or local stores, such as Target and Wal-Mart. It is approximately $7-20. You may receive a free one from the Department of Recreation Services Office. Supplies are limited.)
