Schedules are subject to change depending on departmental changes. Students will be notified if a departmental change makes it necessary for them to change their enrollments.

Public/Directory Information

The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974(Buckley Amendment) protects the privacy of students’ educational records.  Certain information is considered “Public/Directory Information” and may be released by the University without a student’s permission unless it is requested to be withheld. Directory information including the following: name, address, email address, telephone listing, date and place of birth, major field of study, participation in officially recognized activities and sports, weight and height of members of athletic teams, date of attendance, full or part time enrollment status, number of hours enrolled in a semester degrees, awards received and the most recent previous educational agency or institution attended by the student, may be disclosed without the consent of the student. Students who wish to request that public/directory information be withheld may complete the appropriate form in the Office of the Registrar.

Summer courses are taught in 4-week, 6-week, 8-week, and 12-week sessions. During the summer, students are limited to 9 hours and are restricted from enrolling in too many hours in the same weekly period.
