Welcome to Southeast Missouri State University and the office of Student Financial Services (SFS). SFS operates as a single service center for all your financial needs. Our staff provides comprehensive and professional service in order to finance your education. The SFS website provides extensive information for most of your general questions. Please utilize this site for data regarding fees, billing, financial aid, scholarships, loans, refunds, etc.

Summer Loan Disbursement Schedule
Funds for all aid except Federal Direct Loans awarded and accepted for the summer semester will be applied to your student account on June 22, 2012. Loans will be disbursed based on the date of the first session that you are enrolled in. If you are enrolled in a combination of sessions, your loan will be disbursed in two disbursements of equal amounts. Federal Direct Loans will be applied to the students account according to the following schedule:
First 4 week session only: May 22
Second 4 week session only: June 12
Third 4 week session only: July 10
First 6 week session only: May 22
Second 6 week session only: June 22
The following combination of sessions will be disbursed in two disbursements.
8 week session only or second and third 4 week session: June 12 and July 10
First 4 week and second 4 week session: May 22 and June 12
First 4 week and third 4 week session: May 22 and July 10
First 6 week and second 4 week session: May 22 and June 12
First 6 week and third 4 week session: May 22 and July 10
First 4 week and second 6 week session: May 22, and June 22
First 4 week and 8 week OR first, second and third 4 week OR 12 week session OR first and second 6 week session: May 22 and June 22
Any change in your enrollment at any time during the summer term, or not commencing attendance in all courses, may result in the reduction or cancellation of aid prior to disbursement or repayment of aid that has been disbursed.
Our Office Has Temporarily Moved!

Verification Process Has Changed
Verification regulations that schools must comply with to confirm that a student's FAFSA is accurate have changed significantly for the upcoming 2012-13 academic year. Please review Verification Updates for important changes to this process that may impact your timely receipt of financial aid.
