Incidental & General Fees
- Incidental Fees are charged to cover educational expenses not funded by the State of Missouri. Students who are not Missouri residents are charged a non-resident fee which has been added to the Incidental Fee.
- General Fees are assessed for all courses and specifically allocated as recommended by Student Government and approved by the Board of Regents. The allocations include, but are not limited to, maintenance and repairs, technology and student activities.

These programs require a special course fee to offset expenses associated with national accreditation requirements, low faculty/student ratios, and high cost equipment.

Residence Hall Fees
A Contract for University Housing is a legally binding agreement for the full term of the agreement and any request to cancel must be made in writing and meet the requirements established by the University.

Housing Deposit and Cancellations
- A $150 housing deposit is required before a Contract for University Housing can be processed.
- Any request to cancel the agreement must meet requirements established by the University and is subject to review and approval by the University.
