Southeast Missouri State University is also pleased to announce that Service Members
and Veterans, who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces, as well as their spouses and
dependents, are eligible to receive the in-state tuition rate, regardless of their
state of residency.

Southeast's VA Certification Request Form is conveniently available through the Student
Portal. Students are able to submit their certification requests electronically, review
the information that has been submitted, and even view when the certification has
been submitted to the VA through the Portal. Please click here for instructions on how to certify in the Portal.
