In November of 1990, President Bush signed into law the Student Right-To-Know and Campus Security Act. The University provides the following information to University students, employees and others upon request.
Crime statistics are published annually and cover the previous three calendar years. The statistics include not only those crimes reported to the Department of Public Safety, but also those crimes reported to any Campus Security Authority, (i.e. Student Judicial Affairs, and other University academic departments with significant responsibility for student and campus activities).
