Preview all our Group Fitness classes for free these two weeks! TRX®, INSANITY®, Yoga Flow, Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, Body Bar Combat and much more! We have many classes to choose from, so try them all and find your favorites. After these 2 weeks, a semester pass is $40.00 and you attend any class you want for the entire semester!
Individually timed from 5:30am-7:30am, 11am-6pm. SRC-North Bring a friend or stop by on your own at the SRC-North Student Aquatics Center.
11am-2pm, Come out to the challenge course to attempt the high challenge course and take a ride on the zip-line!* Free for Southeast students. *Safe operating weight range of the zip-line is 65lbs to 270lbs.
7:30pm check-in, Academic Terraces. This class is free of charge. Hope to see you there!
3pm-8pm; SRC-North. Awards for number of juggles.
6 a.m., 11 a.m. - 6 p.m., Student Aquatic Center If you have ever been curious about completing a triathlon (swim, bike, run), here is your chance to try it out for FREE!!! This is an opportunity for Southeast students to use the lap pool, indoor cycling bikes, and indoor running track to become triathletes. One 6 a.m. heat and then heats every hour after 11 a.m. (6 a.m., 11 a.m. 12 p.m., 1 p.m. etc). Sponsored by Recreation Services.
3pm-8pm; SRC-North Compete amongst your friends to see who is the fittest! Bench press, squat, push ups,flexibility, and plank are just a few of the contests. You must compete in at least three events to win a t-shirt and all event winners receive a prize.
3pm-8pm; SRC-North Hit the most threes or free throws to win.
9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Student Recreation Center-North Individually timed 5K fun run. Bring a friend to run with you, or just stop by on your own to set your “personal record”. Weather permitting, we will run a predetermined outdoor course that will be clearly marked with cones and signage (no water stops or volunteers on the course). Rainsite will be our indoor track, distance/format subject to change in case of weather. Sponsored by Recreation Services.
Fair: 2 - 6 pm; SRC-N, Lobby
STD Testing: 2 - 4 pm; SRC-N, SAQ Locker Rooms
Stop by the SRC-North to meet and greet with a variety of different health and wellness organizations on and off campus. This is also a great time to try that group fitness class you've been wanting to try. Free STD Testing will also be offered from 2-4 pm. Free chair massage, healthy cooking demos, free fitness classes and sign up for great door prizes! Brought to you by Recreation Services and the Redhawk Health Educators.

7:30pm, SRC-North, Group Fitness Studio Who wouldn’t want to glow in the dark and do Zumba at the same time? Boogie away the night in this groovin’ good-time, dance-aerobic class. Dress in those bellbottoms or other 70’s attire to get a t-shirt and sign-up for some far out door prizes. This class is free of charge. Hope to see you there!
8-11 pm; SRC-North
Are you a fan of American Warrior Ninja? Come test your own strength and endurance in our indoor obstacle course around the SRC-North. Compete for prizes but also come for the fun and everyone who participates will receive a free t-shirt! Waves will be starting every 15 minutes.
